Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Our caregivers support individuals with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Your Role as a Caregiver

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates   

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available 
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required. Not registered yet? Our team will guide you through the registration process.
