Cash Application Specialist

We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our Receivables & Billing team. In this role, you will help ensure incoming funds are accurately applied, contracts are activated correctly, and account discrepancies are resolved efficiently to support operational and financial accuracy across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of experience in business operations, accounts receivable, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience with cash application, reconciliation, or receivables operations

Experience working with financial systems or accounting processes

Experience in high-volume transactional environments
