Purpose of the department:
Monitor the gaming area, and assure compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle problems on the casino floor, take care of customers complaints and promote good customers service.
Job Profile:
The Gaming Supervisor is responsible for providing customer service to guests who are playing games or who are on the casino floor and supervises the daily operation of a shift including Gaming Attendants. Assist guests in every way possible in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
