This position will be filled quickly as its a much sought after employer so don't hesitate to apply.

The client is looking for applicants with a strong background, 1 years minimum experience in a similar job being completely responsible for a section from prep lists to clean down.

You must be able to show initiative and will work on your own leading your section.

You should have a good understanding of how to manage and prep fresh produce and the importance of spec and stock control.

You should be aware of Health and Safety, Food Safety law, how to operate and report on due diligence, be responsible for assisting the team during service and reporting to the BOH management.

The client have a strong sense of teamwork so you must be able to help maintain the BOH - FOH relationship.
