This Evening Chef de partie role involves your participation in delivering our 5-star hospitality service to ensure that it reflects the best Michelin starred restaurant food and you will play your part in preparing our hospitality offer to reflect our standards and the requirements of the client and their international guests.

Monday – Friday, 13:30 – 22:00

40 hours per week

12.50 per hour

Working with a team of four chefs.

Will be preparing and serving a variety of cuisines using high quality fresh food.

Including but not limited to composite salads, sandwiches for hospitality, cooked to order dishes, assisting exec chef with fine dining and canapé events.

The candidate needs to be organised, take ownership of section / service and be able to think on their feet for last minute request. Comply with food hygiene regulations.

What are we looking for?

Passionate and innovative in your food development and delivery, on top of the hottest food trends, and keen to stretch your creative boundaries.

2 years’ experience as Chef De Partie in contract catering/hotel environment.

A good knowledge of pastry will be of an advantage.

Passionate about food, Hard Working, Excellent presentation, Good spoken English, Positive outlook, Ability to remain calm under pressure, Good pastry knowledge.
