As the Chef de Partie (Team Restaurant) - Maldivian Specialty at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Maldivian dishes for our team members. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, contributing to a positive dining experience for our staff. Experience in bulk cooking is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Maldivian cuisine.
• Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Maldivian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
