As the Commis (Team Restaurant) - International Specialty at Villa Haven, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of international dishes for our team members. You will work under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis or similar role, with a focus on international cuisine.
• Experience in bulk cooking is beneficial.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of various international cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Fluency in English.
