Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily personal care and hygiene needs

Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship

Administer routine medications in accordance with applicable state guidelines

Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans

Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being

Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members

Contribute to a positive, uplifting community where residents and staff can thrive
