Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) | Lithuanian Motorsport Park

Founded in 2008, Tesonet is a founders-led venture builder behind NordSecurity, Surfshark, Oxylabs, nexos.ai, and 40+ global products. We've built some pretty Tesotastic things - and now we're building Lithuania's first full-scale motorsport complex.

We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to own every revenue stream this venue has - and invent the ones it doesn't yet. This is a blank canvas role at an early-stage project. If you need a playbook to work from, this isn't the right seat.

What You'll Own

• Track calendar - track days, racing weekends, OEM activations, international events

• Automotive and lifestyle festivals (Japfest, Cars & Coffee, Bike Fest, and more)

• Corporate packages - team building and conferences for 200-500 person groups

• Naming rights and advertising sales across the entire complex

• Real estate commercialization - restaurants, tenants, car storage, showrooms, accommodation

• Driving school portfolio - sport, drift, karting, motorcycle, simulator, emergency services

• Brand, marketing, and tourism packages

• Whatever new revenue streams you identify and build

What We're Looking For

• Proven P&L ownership across multiple revenue streams - you've built commercial operations, not just managed them

• Background in venues, events, hospitality, sports, or real estate - you understand how live experiences make money

• Strong B2B sales track record and an established Lithuanian business network

• Entrepreneurial - you've built from scratch or close to it

• Automotive or motorsport affinity is a real plus

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
