1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Develop and execute the long-term strategy of the business unit in alignment with the Group's overall objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, investment prospects, and growth initiatives.
Analyze the real estate market and identify attractive land acquisition opportunities and development projects.
Oversee the development project portfolio to maximize commercial performance and long-term value creation.
Deliver the business unit's financial, operational, and strategic objectives.
2. Real Estate Development Management
Lead and oversee the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition through project delivery, commissioning, and commercialization.
Coordinate and supervise land due diligence processes.
Ensure all required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
3. Government & External Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, municipalities, regulators, and industry associations.
Represent the Company in dealings with public authorities, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations with landowners, investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Develop strategic partnerships to support infrastructure and real estate development initiatives.
4. Financial Management & Investment
Take full ownership of the financial performance of both the business unit and individual development projects.
Participate in the development of financial models and investment feasibility assessments.
Secure financing and manage relationships with banks, investment funds, and private investors.
Identify, assess, and mitigate business and project risks while ensuring sustainable financial performance.
5. Leadership & Corporate Governance
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive and management team.
Establish an effective organizational structure and scalable operating model.
Implement governance, reporting, and performance management processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, operational excellence, and high performance.
6. Commercial Performance & Corporate Reputation
Oversee the commercial and marketing strategy of the business.
Supervise sales, leasing, and commercialization activities across the property portfolio.
Strengthen and protect the Company's reputation within the real estate market.
Drive brand development and reinforce the Company's position among key market participants.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, property management, or related industries.
At least 5 years of executive leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Country Director, Development Director, or in a comparable leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering full-cycle real estate development projects, from land acquisition through construction and project completion.
Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants and contractors.
Strong expertise in real estate development, construction management, and project delivery.
Solid understanding of land acquisition, permitting, zoning, regulatory, and approval processes.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial planning, investment analysis, and project profitability management.
Proven experience negotiating with government authorities, investors, financial institutions, and strategic business partners.
English at least Upper-Intermediate.

An established professional network with government authorities, municipalities, developers, investors, financial institutions, and key market participants in Cyprus.

International experience launching or managing real estate development projects across multiple markets.
MBA or Executive MBA.
