What you'll do

  • PMO & Business Ops:
  • Drive our thematic goals framework and make Hypersonica's output measurable.
  • Bring structure to resource planning and ensure goal alignment across functions.
  • Act as interface between executive management and operational teams.
  • Cross-functional Alignment:
  • Support the coordination between e.g., international subsidiaries (i.e., Germany/UK), including leadership.
  • Drive internal communication and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partnerships & Internationalisation:
  • Support in establishing new (business) opportunities after first initiation by our CEO.
  • Navigate complex technology ecosystems and build strategic relationships with industry partners, customers, OEMs, and other key stakeholders across these markets.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations:
  • Manage stakeholder communications, board prep, investor materials.
  • Strategic/ Special Projects:
  • Ensure execution of CEO-driven workstreams.
  • Run CEO-level initiatives, projects, and reporting.

    • Who you are

  • 3–7 years in strategy roles (preferably in startups or high-pressure environments), tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or operations..

  • Strong exposure to fast-paced or unstructured environments; ability to self-manage and execute independently.

  • High ownership mentality and a bias for action.

  • Strong analytical & organizational skills; can structure complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Comfort working at the intersection of technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion & integrity

  • German B2

  • Willingness to relocate / be onsite in Munich
