We are seeking a full-time, experienced, licensed, Child & Adolescent Therapist/Psychologist to work at our thriving practice.
Job Duties:
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and teens with an array of emotional and behavioral challenges
- Consult/coordinate care with other service providers to enhance treatment outcome
- Engage in weekly supervision
- Participate in multiple yearly events in order to promote mental health awareness and advocacy in the community
Requirements:
- Required to have a minimum of a Masters in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, etc.
- At least 1 years post licensure experience required
- Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
- LICENSES FROM THESE COUNTRIES ONLY ACCEPTED: Jamaica, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia
- Training and experience working working with children as a developmental therapist/psychologist
- Behavior science qualifications such as:BCBA,RBT, etc
- 1 or more Developmental trainings such as: DIR floor time, Theraplay, Neuro relational frame work , Watch Wait and Wonder
- Backgroundin Relational therapy such as Systems Theory, ACT, Gottman, etc
- Experience working with diverse cultural populations
- Must be personable, and relatable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform, Dr. Chrono.
Professional references, CEU certificates, and graduate school transcripts will be part of the interview process.
