Claims Quality Control Specialist

Randstad is currently recruiting a Claims Quality Control Specialist for one of the leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled services provider. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of mortgage experience in the past 2-4 years.

Duties or Responsibilities:

• Focuses on the validation process, reviewing the claims submitted by servicers to the client

• Familiar with the claims processes/rules of government sponsored agencies

• Ensures claim is in compliance with customer standards through regular auditing, process checks, conflict resolution and database review. Validates claims for accuracy and completeness, knowing what triggers to look for according to client/agency specifications.

• Reviews and determines reimbursement amounts to client.

• May interact with employees/supervisors at the client site to gather more information or validate processes.

• Uses expertise of more senior level team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience

• Knowledge of claim process guidelines (such as HUD-home and urban development, private investors, Fannie Mae, etc) preferred.
