About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Handling Representative to join our dynamic team at Translation Empire. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling client queries with professionalism, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly across multiple communication channels.

Identify customer and linguist needs, providing accurate support to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate will be responsible for providing customer support.

Recruit, assess, and onboard freelance interpreters across 300+ languages.

Verify right-to-work, security checks, qualifications, and compliance documentation.

Maintain accurate records and communicate application status clearly with linguists.

Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and confidently.

Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

For Females: 1:00PM - 10:00PM , 2:00 PM -11:00 PM

For Males: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM/ 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM/6:00 PM - 3:00 AM/ 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM/ 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
