Join Ascom as a Workflow Consultant/Clinical Application Specialist and help healthcare organizations successfully implement Ascom solutions that improve clinical workflows, strengthen communication, and support better outcomes. In this role, you’ll guide customers through solution demonstrations, workflow analysis, technical and functional design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

By translating customer needs into practical workflows, training users, and partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, R&D, and client stakeholders, you’ll directly influence customer satisfaction, implementation quality, and long-term solution success.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for software applications, ensuring solutions align with customer workflow and patient care requirements.

· Conduct workflow assessments and provide recommendations to improve clinical efficiency, user adoption, and operational outcomes.

· Partner with customers to design and configure alarm management solutions

· Support implementation projects from design through testing, go-live, and aftercare

· Conduct system integration, functionality, and user acceptance testing with customers

· Assess training needs, develop training plans, and guide end users through adoption

· Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, R&D, and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery

· Contribute to continuous improvement, best practices, and process optimization

3 What You Bring

· 3–5 years of experience in implementation consulting, preferably within clinical healthcare environments

· Experience supporting or introducing complex clinical, technical, or communication solutions

· Degree or background in healthcare, IT, clinical operations, or a related field

· Clinical experience as a nurse or other healthcare professional is preferred

· Strong ability to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate needs into practical solution designs

· Strong presentation, facilitation, training, and customer communication skills

· Ability to work independently while collaborating across, Project Management, R&D, and customer teams

· Familiarity with ERP and project management tools, such as D365 or Jira, is a plus

· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence, guide, and build trusted relationships
