Cluster Sales Manager- fitness brand - Chorley- £26K O.T.E. + career progression

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work across two multi-purpose leisure centres for one of the U.K.s most progressive Leisure Trusts.

The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for all local marketing, sales planning and activity for the centres; they will lead, inspire, coach and manage a team of membership consultants to achieve monthly membership sales targets, and will lead by example by selling to contribute to the overall team target. As a senior member of the management team you will also get involved with contributing to the overall business objectives

If successful in this post holder will have the opportunity to learn and develop and progress within the business going forward. The remuneration includes a competitive basic up to £21,000 depending on experience and monthly and quarterly individual and team commission.

To apply for this post you have at least 2-years successful sales experience in a target orientated customer facing environment and you will have gained exposure to leading and coaching teams, planning and implementing sales strategy and managing the sales process. You may already be a sales manager looking for a new challenge, senior sales looking to step up or club manager or deputy club manager looking to specialise. You will have an outgoing and dynamic disposition, thrive on working to targets and have a real passion for health and fitness.
