General Manager Leeds up to 32K basic OTE 38K

This is an exciting challenge for a General manager to run a large health club in Leeds for one of the strongest and most successful operators. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement and who have the commercial acumen and operational skills to ensure the business outperforms. You will be responsible for driving and leading the presales and then growing the membership base to several thousand members whislt managing a large team of personal trainers. You will be the type of leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and who will be given the autonomy to drive the business forward through a proactive localised marketing strategy backed up by a huge online presence.

My client offers a highly competitive basic salary of up to 32K with the genuine opportunity to achieve up to 6k in bonuses that are paid out on a quarterly basis along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. There are excellent opportunities for both on the job training and further career progression.
