Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Full-Time Evening Shift

Schedule: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
Pay: $21.09 per hour

Spring Oak Berlin is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time evening position. If you enjoy getting to know residents and helping them feel cared for, we’d love to hear from you.

Administer routine medications in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and New Jersey requirements.

Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting their dignity and independence.

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the Wellness team.

Document medication administration and resident care accurately.

Work under the direction of the nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor to provide attentive, compassionate care.

Current, valid CMA certification.

Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in assisted living or senior living is preferred.
