·Daily processing of maintenance and calibration documentation.

·Primary customer contact for CMMS related requests, updates, status and guidance.

·Responsible for creating and managing files, and performing internal documentation audits, documentation.

·Primary contact for training departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

·50% processing of daily documentation, 40% Maintaining records and files, 10% generating and distributing reports.

Requirements:

·High school diploma or equivalent is required, an associate or college degree in a technical field is preferred.

·2-4 years of related experience in a GMP environment preferred.

·A high degree of PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications I required.

·Experience with a maintenance management program is preferred, experience with Informs DataStream 7i highly desirable.

·Will be required to work at facilities throughout Cambridge and Lexington.

Skills:

·Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

·Capable of working in a fast paced environment.

·Able to follow established policies and procedures.
