Cocktail Server Casino Service (On Call) - Beau Rivage

As an on-call Cocktail Server, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering signature drinks and seamless service with a personal touch. Your attentiveness and energy will make guests feel valued, turning each round into a memorable part of their visit. By connecting with every guest and anticipating their needs, you will create WOW moments that linger long after the last toast.

THE STARTING RATE: $5.87 an hour + tips

SCHEDULE:

• On Call | Swing Shift

• 5:00pm - 1:00am

• 7:00pm - 3:00am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Place order, and garnish and serve cocktails to guests

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available

• Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment to include fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
