Coding Representative

About the role

We're looking for a Coding Representative to handle user registration with the EGX independently, with minimal supervision.

The role includes registering users end-to-end, running daily operational scripts, using SQL to pull and review data.

It also involves coordinating with the EGX to resolve issues, working with other teams, along with identifying the root causes of issues.

What You'll Do

• Register users with EGX, end to end

• Write and edit SQL queries to pull and review data

• Prepare and run daily operational scripts (ID downloads, bookings, etc.)

• Review your own work and track each case.

• Coordinate with the EGX and other teams to resolve issues

What You’ll Need

• Strong data entry accuracy

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets (functions, filters)

• High attention to detail, especially with documentation and data accuracy

• Strong sense of ownership — able to work with minimal supervision.

• Confident communication skills.

• Comfortable coordinating with other teams/departments

• Analytical mindset — able to trace an issue back to its root cause

Nice to have

• Support Communication skills — useful for handling users chats directly and helping resolve their issues when needed.

• Working knowledge of SQL (able to write and edit queries independently)

Going beyond traditional investment advice, it offers long and short-term investment recommendations and financial content through engaging articles and videos that guide users on their financial journey and maximize their returns.
