- Provide excellent customer and collection services to our delinquent clients (90+ days) in U.S and Canada for the installment and payday loans.
- Accountable for achieving collection results and meeting monthly performance targets.
- Take inbound and make outbound calls.
- Prepare notifications to secure payment; explain penalties, interest, deadlines, and consequences for failure to comply.
- Evaluate financial information for the purpose of negotiating payment of the balance in full, settlement, and/or payment plan.
- Analyze loan contracts and execute customer solutions with a tactful customer-first approach.
- Building relationships with our clients to understand their needs and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience (1 year in collections experience is a must)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and time‑management skills to effectively recover outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
- Ability to multitask effectively across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and text messaging.
- Fluent in English. (French & Spanish is an asset)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and accepts responsibility for their own actions.
