As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will support the resolution of outstanding invoice issues related to past due accounts. You will respond to customer and external collection inquiries, perform inbound and outbound calls, and follow established processes to address unresolved balances. The role includes maintaining accurate records of collection activities, supporting follow-up actions based on assigned plans, and escalating complex or irregular account situations to senior team members or management. You will also support the identification of account discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, when escalation is required.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of assigned accounts by following established processes and guidelines.
- Execute collection activities based on defined procedures and instructions.
- Provide basic assistance to internal and external customers, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls as part of the department queue, following scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
- Support coordination with Customer Payments teams by scheduling meetings and sharing information as instructed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- One year of directly related experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) is required for this position.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.).
- Knowledge of accounting software and database management.
