Role Overview
As a Cyclone Account Manager, you will create long-term trusting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including Administration, Sales and Service departments to improve our customer engagement, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, ensuring we are focused on positive customer outcomes.
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Ultimately, to be successful in this position you will collaborate with our sales team to achieve targets while keeping our clients delighted and engaged with our products and services. This position may require occasional travel. A company vehicle will be provided for travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Collaborate with sales and services teams to identify and grow opportunities within the business.
- Sell all Cyclone products and services to new and existing Cyclone customers.
- Understand the market and be on the lookout for new products and opportunities which will be a good fit with Cyclone’s existing offerings.
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and opportunities to ensure success for Cyclone and our customers.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records of customer opportunities and business interaction.
You will have
- Experience using PC and Software products
- Experience delivering customer focussed solutions to customer needs
- Relevant industry experience
- Excellent relationship management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
