An established independent insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR to support a sophisticated Commercial Lines book. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced agency professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing complex service work, and working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Manage and support Commercial Lines client relationships.
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, coverage documentation, and ongoing account service.
- Partner with producers, carriers, and internal colleagues to deliver responsive, high-quality client support.
- Use AMS360 to maintain accurate account records and manage service workflows.
- Support a diverse commercial book with meaningful exposure to complex property and real-estate-related accounts.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for
- Active Property & Casualty license in New York or Connecticut.
- At least three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
- Experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Commercial CSR, or similar commercial client-service professional.
- Hands-on AMS360 experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfort working in the office during onboarding and collaborating closely with an established agency team.
