ABOUT US:

We have built a cloud object storage similar to AWS S3, now optimised for AI and compute. Our market success has already been proved by our commercial hyper-growth, based on our channel-based GTM strategy. While we build a high performance compute platform and a comprehensive suite of cloud services, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and most recently AI Applications — all from our HQ in Hamburg.

Impossible Cloud High Potential Program (HiPo)

We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive four to six-month program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned industry leaders. Learn global commercial strategies, key operational processes, and build your essential business development toolkit.
  • Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Work closely with department directors and regional leaders to identify bottlenecks and take ownership of high-impact projects. Collaborate on strategic initiatives and present directly to the C-Suite.
  • Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful projects, formulate and present strategies for new and existing clients, and manage client relationships. Represent the company at european events and drive the company's success.
  • WHAT YOU BRING:

  • You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
  • Excellent English communication style, both written and verbal. Additional languages are highly valued.
  • Analytical mindset - you want to understand why things work a certain way and are fearless in putting in the extra effort.
  • Digital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies.
  • Prior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • At least finalizing your BSc degree in Business, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
