- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, and building engineers.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to identify roofing service opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Present company services, maintenance programs, repair solutions, and roofing systems to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while upholding all safety policies and company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
