Key Responsibilities
- Build Collective brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive and professional.
- Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals that achieve and sustain occupancy standards.
- Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and active delinquency management.
- Contribute to revenue, expense reporting, and budget management for the community.
- Conduct personalized tours and drive leasing activity that results in new leases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
- Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing laws and company compliance standards.
- Monitor multifamily housing market trends and data to inform leasing and pricing decisions.
- Ensure the property's interior and exterior maintain a clean, high-quality appearance.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire team members, leading by example through Collective's core values.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of property management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with industry software (AppFolio preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for property tours and travel between sites).
- Offer is contingent on a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.
