APP / Advanced Practice Provider

Physician Assistant / PA / PA-C

Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, GNP / Gerontology , ANP, ACNP, NP-BC, Family, Adult NP/ Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP

Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Assist medication management in home and community settings

• Medical screening & treatment

• Client education

• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

• Monday – Friday/occasional after hours and weekend

Qualifications

Background Profile:

• Alaska Registered Nurse Licensure or pending

• One year or more nursing experience or behavioral health is ideal

• Supervisory experience is ideal
