MSN/ Masters of Science in Nursing

APRN / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / ARNP / Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

APP / Advanced Practice Provider

Physician Assistant / PA / PA-C

Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, GNP / Gerontology , ANP, ACNP, NP-BC, Family, Adult NP/ Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP

Benefits and Features:

• Competitive income dependent on experience ($62,000 – $69,000/year $29 - $33/hourly)

• Full-time role/40 hours per week

• Flexible schedule

Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Responsible for providing home nursing care through all phases of care

• Provide treatment to patients per protocols, utilize OASIS assessment and documentation.

• Manage and administer prescription medicines as needed

• Perform on-going periodic system assessment and data collection in a systematic manner

• Educates and instructs the patient, patient’s family, and other staff as required.

• 1 weekend on-call

Qualifications

Background Profile:

• Registered Nurse/RN

• License and Board Certification in the state of Virginia or pending

• Open to new graduates with a great clinical background

• 1 A year or more home health experience preferred

• Team-oriented & outstanding communication skills
