Maintain completion/turnover system data and reporting
Track and support punch list categorization/closure
Coordinate dossier compilation with QC/engineering/commissioning
Validate handover pack completeness and acceptance readiness
Support system/sub-system handover strategy and schedule
Requirements
Experience in completion/turnover on EPC/industrial projects
Strong documentation control and coordination skills
Familiarity with commissioning handover workflows
Good Excel and reporting capabilities
Fluent English
Eligibility to work in Belgium (EU)
