About this role
Seeking a Compliance & Licensing professional to manage all regulatory and licensing obligations across our operating states. This role is critical to ensuring we meet both federal and state-level compliance requirements as we grow our lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all state mortgage licenses for Realfinity Mortgage
- Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations (NMLS, RESPA, etc.)
- Act as the designated AML/Compliance Officer in applicable states
- Coordinate license renewals, updates, and reporting
- Support internal audits and regulatory filings
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting our operation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker
- Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states
- Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
