We're looking for a Concrete Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors, tackling challenges, and being part of a crew that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it.

What You'll Do:

No two days are exactly the same, but every day you'll play an important role in bringing projects to life by:

• Installing concrete systems on commercial and agricultural job sites
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Working alongside a skilled crew to solve problems and keep projects moving
• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Supporting teammates and helping new crew members succeed
• Promoting a culture of safety and accountability
• Contributing wherever needed to help the team win

What We're Looking For:

• Concrete construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
• Someone who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done
