We’re on the hunt for an energetic, relationship-driven Agricultural Sales Representative who loves working with people, understands agriculture, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about the ag industry and enjoy turning ideas into reality, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:

• Cultivate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Work directly with farmers and ag businesses to design and plan building projects
• Guide clients through the entire process—from concept to completion
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to bring projects to life
• Attend tradeshows, expos, and ag events (yes, you’ll be out in the action!)
• Keep projects moving forward while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction
• Help clients navigate permitting, site selection, and approvals
• Stay connected with past clients for future expansion and renovation projects

What You Bring to the Table:

• Agricultural background preferred (dairy experience is a big plus!)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence to have honest, sometimes tough conversations
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Procore experience is a bonus)
• Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License

Education & Experience:

• Experience in sales, marketing, business, ag-related field, or similar (Associates Degree a plus)
• Minimum 3+ years in agricultural sales, construction, or related experience
