Construction Assistant Superintendent

Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD
• Large projects over $20mm
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
