Ironclad & Co. is looking for reliable Construction Cleanup Technicians to maintain clean and safe construction sites. The ideal candidate will perform debris removal, site sweeping, and detailed cleaning to prepare sites for ongoing construction or final inspection.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction debris, trash, and hazardous materials from job sites
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces
• Assist with organizing tools and materials on site
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site managers and construction crews to ensure timely cleanup

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction cleanup or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean work environments
