As the Construction Superintendent - Blasting, you’ll be in the thick of it—planning blast days, coordinating equipment moves, and building lasting relationships with our customers. You’ll spend time out in the field, side by side with our clients, working hard to make every project a success. Whether it’s keeping operations running smoothly or troubleshooting on the fly, you’ll be the go-to leader our team relies on.

We’re searching for that rare combination of grit and know-how—a leader with 5-10 years of civil construction, underground utilities, or blasting experience. Ideally, you’ve been in charge before and know how to keep a project on track while keeping your team safe. A Construction Science degree or blasting license would make you stand out, but above all, we’re looking for someone who knows how to get the job done right.

If you’re organized, quick-thinking, and driven to see every project through, we want to hear from you. Travel is part of the gig—up to 25% overnight—but you’ll get to work in the field with real people making real progress.
