What You’ll Tackle Each Day:

🔒 Safety First – Always

• Lead pre-blast meetings and site checks
• Ensure blast areas are secure and everyone knows the plan
• Keep communication open with managers on all safety issues
• Use the right gear and lead by example on driving and equipment protocols

📈 Productivity that Sets the Bar

• Take full ownership of all shot activities from start to finish
• Log pre- and post-blast details accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly with customers and managers on what’s working and what’s not
• Share shot videos and reports within 24 hours—you own the follow-up

🔧 Maintenance that Keeps Us Moving

• Inspect your gear before every shift
• Keep trucks and tools clean, labeled, and running strong
• Handle basic repairs and flag bigger issues early

🤝 Customer Service that Builds Trust

• Talk with plant managers about timelines, safety, and expectations
• Review videos and data with customers after each shot
• Work together on future layouts and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in blasting or a related role (number of years flexible based on attitude and skill)
• Strong mechanical sense and equipment know-how
• MSHA Certification required (or ability to get it before start)
• Physically able to lift 100 lbs, climb, and work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel (up to [Insert %])
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and have a valid driver’s license
