Team & Position Overview
The Client Engagement Team (CET) is the analytical and consultative backbone of Analytic Partners. Our model is hands-on: the people who partner with clients also prepare, analyse, and deliver data-driven insights, helping them use our technology solutions to make better decisions. Because all work is completed in-house, this high-touch approach requires strong analytics capability, clear communication, commercial curiosity, and a consultative mindset to help clients grow ROI.
As a Consultant with Analytic Partners, you will advise and partner with leading Australian, New Zealand, and global brands, influencing strategic and tactical planning across marketing and broader business priorities. Your work will help uncover growth opportunities worth tens of millions of dollars, supported by strong client relationships and engagement with senior audiences, from brand managers and media directors to CMOs and CEOs. You will deepen your expertise in marketing, analytics, and business drivers, using predictive models and client data to identify what drives sales, appointments, accounts, brand health, or any other outcome our clients want to grow.
You will split your time between collaborating with colleagues and clients and working independently. We support your development through immersive onboarding Bootcamp, which builds the technical and conceptual foundations for success, as well as ongoing training in new methodologies, consulting skills, and career growth.
The Consultant role will span across multiple projects and includes processing data, building models, and creating presentations that translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations. You will also guide junior analysts in their day-to-day work and career development, while contributing to company-wide initiatives beyond client delivery.
