The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Consultant who can independently lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—primarily in the Energy & Utilities sector—to support capital portfolio and project management initiatives. You’ll lead teams, contribute to business development, and play a key role in driving client success from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights
• Oversee project teams and mentor junior consultants

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Preferred Areas of Expertise:

• Construction
• Financial Management
• Organizational Design
• Industrial Engineering
• Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled workflow tools

Additional Details

• Travel: 10–25% as needed
