Consultant – Feasibility Studies & Technical Due Diligence (Solar, Wind & BESS) - Poland and Eastern Europe

At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Renewable Energy Consultant to join our Consulting team in Poland. In this role, you will support the technical assessment of renewable energy projects across Poland and Eastern Europe, delivering feasibility studies and technical due diligence for solar PV, wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will work closely with developers, investors and financial institutions, providing technical expertise throughout the project development and investment process.

🛠️ What will you do?

Your main responsibilities will include: Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for renewable energy projects. Assess project sites, identifying technical, environmental and permitting constraints. Review permits, licenses, authorizations and regulatory documentation. Evaluate grid connection agreements and coordinate technical discussions with TSOs and DSOs. Review engineering documentation at conceptual, basic and detailed design stages. Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in English. Support commercial proposals, tenders and client presentations. Contribute to business development activities across the Polish and Eastern European markets.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline. 5+ years of experience in renewable energy development, engineering or consultancy. Experience with Solar PV, Wind and/or BESS projects. Strong knowledge of the Polish renewable energy market, permitting processes, grid connection and applicable regulations. Experience preparing technical due diligence or feasibility studies. Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Fluent Polish and good command of English. Spanish is considered a plus.
