We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Oncologist / Hematologist / BMT to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive oncology and hematology care, manage complex malignant and hematological conditions, and contribute to advanced bone marrow transplantation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
• Evaluate and treat conditions such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and other blood disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and bone marrow transplantation, where qualified.
• Manage pre-transplant evaluations, conditioning regimens, post-transplant monitoring, and transplant-related complications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and manage treatment-related complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Hematology, or a relevant specialty.
• Advanced training or fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) is preferred.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of oncology, hematology, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
