We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Oncology & Hematology to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with solid tumors and hematological disorders, while contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning and high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of oncological and hematological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
• Evaluate and manage hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and manage treatment-related complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Hematology, or a relevant specialty.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of current oncology and hematology treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
