We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to infants, children, and adolescents, with expertise in diagnosing and managing pediatric ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric ENT conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical examinations for pediatric patients.
• Manage common and complex conditions, including recurrent ear infections, hearing disorders, tonsillar and adenoid disease, nasal obstruction, and congenital ENT conditions.
• Perform appropriate pediatric ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate and manage pediatric airway, sleep-disordered breathing, and swallowing-related conditions.
• Assess and manage pediatric hearing and speech-related ENT concerns in collaboration with audiology and speech therapy teams.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care for pediatric ENT patients.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities where applicable.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT, in accordance with applicable UAE licensing requirements.
• Additional fellowship or advanced training in Pediatric Otolaryngology is highly desirable.
• Eligible for or holding a valid DHA Consultant license/eligibility in the relevant specialty.
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
