We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Radiation Oncologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive radiation oncology care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients requiring radiation oncology treatment.
• Develop and oversee individualized radiotherapy plans, including external beam radiotherapy and other appropriate treatment modalities.
• Evaluate treatment options in collaboration with medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and cancer care planning.
• Monitor treatment response, manage side effects, and provide follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiation Oncology or a relevant specialty.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of modern radiation oncology techniques and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
