Consultant Tech Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You advise leading financial investors and private equity firms on the planning, execution, and management of Tech, Data and AI Due Diligences.
• You structure, prepare, and communicate due diligence analyses in the context of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• You advise national and international companies on growth potential and the derivation of performance optimization measures, including the design of target operating models and the assessment of required investments.
• You manage stakeholder communication as well as project timelines, budgets, and implementation.
• You co-develop equity stories and value creation opportunities for portfolio companies.
• You design business, market, and technology perspectives and prepare interactive demos and presentations.
• You author whitepapers on technology trends and industry guidelines.
• You prepare and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research initiatives, and stakeholder engagement for both client-facing and internal projects.

What we require:

• You hold a very good university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• You have gained first professional experience with a focus on technology consulting, transaction advisory, or digital strategy/transformation.
• You preferably have experience in software development and/or machine learning model development.
• You ideally have experience in the M&A advisory environment.
• You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, particularly in evaluating complex, technology-driven business models.
• You possess a strong understanding of the impact of technology on scalability and product-market fit.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented, highly motivated, and curious team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
