• Collaborate with the Events & Partnerships team to align content with brand goals, initiatives, and event objectives.

• Develop compelling, on-brand content across social media, websites, and partner platforms, including reels, stories, short-form videos, interviews, BTS, and trend-driven content.

• Attend and cover events, activations, and partnerships, capturing engaging content and ensuring timely delivery of all content deliverables.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, collaborators, PR agencies and stakeholders to create event opportunities and co-branded campaigns.

• Support brainstorming and develop creative event content strategies to drive growth and revenue for event IPs across verticals.

• Manage the content calendar and live schedule for events, coordinate shoots and internal teams, and ensure timely posting and execution.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external teams on events-related content.

• Come up with creative strategies to maximise growth and revenue for various events IPs across all verticals. 

• Monitor audience feedback and engagement, respond to queries, and foster community engagement leading to conversion.

• Track and report content performance and ROI, using insights and trends to optimise content strategies.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven content marketing experience, preferably in lifestyle or hospitality industries.

• Comfortable being on camera and/or has proven experience as an Anchor or Host, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle domain.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail, create compelling content and grammar.

• Passion for exploring and discovering Mumbai's F&B, lifestyle, cultural, and entertainment experiences. Proficiency in content management and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.
