Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, endpoint security, and ITSM tools.
• Experience providing onsite support for network, server, and infrastructure teams.
• Good Communication.
• English B2 minimum.
