Tasks

  • The Contract Consultant owns the end-to-end Contract Solutions for Channel and/or customer business. They coordinate contract documentation setup, updates, terminations, performance review and system setup. They are responsible for the below processes and activities:
  • Partner/customer onboarding, contracts signing, modifications, partner/ customer mergers and acquisitions, terminations of agreements
  • Exhibit to contract mapping, exhibit knowledge and maintenance
  • Partner Performance Review coordination with the country stakeholders
  • Step-by-step guidance for account managers on contracts solutions
  • Resolution of intermediate to complex partner contract issues
  • Route to market consultancy aligned with contracts requirements, global trade guidelines, and business needs
  • Communication with key contracts stakeholders using the most appropriate channels
  • Driving implementation of new processes/ tools at the assigned country/ geo level
  • Contractual data research and report creation as per business requirements; finding automation opportunities
  • Contractual template and letter creation and dispatching; documentation maintenance and alignment with business requirements
  • Working with specific tools for partner and customer data reporting
  • Executing new processes or projects implementation as indicated by the project manager

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, communications, information technology, or law
  • Typically 2-4 years of previous experience in an operational role, business administration or account management
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships
  • Able to handle batch-work/ working on data clustering and handling large volumes of information
  • Able to work with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks
    Capable of working on self-directed activities with minimal supervision
  • Possess a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives; able to prioritize
  • Proficient MS Office user
  • Stakeholder Negotiation & Commitment Building: Collaborate effectively with others to ensure shared commitment to an enterprise and mutually beneficial results
  • Process Management & Transformation: identify process short-comings and work with others to improve and transform processes
  • Problem Solving: Approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
  • Change Management: Develop methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization
  • Business and Financial Acumen: Understand revenue cycles, business-to-business data reporting and impact of decisions made on business tools for partner and customer data reporting
  • Executing new processes or projects implementation as indicated by the project manager
