Lead Generation & Telesales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Lead Generation & Telesales Representative to support our sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads through remote outreach channels. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, identifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Location: Bucharest

Contract: 6 months extension possible

Tasks

• Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach activities
• Identify and qualify potential prospects
• Schedule meetings and sales calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM
• Support pipeline growth through consistent lead generation activities

Requirements

• Calls completed per day
• Meetings booked
• Lead qualification rate
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and remote prospecting
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
